SAVE THE DATE – Collaboration Brew Day at Nocterra Brewing – we will be brewing a 15bbl batch on Nocterra’s awesome production system! Members are invited and encouraged to attend. Great reason to take the day off work (It is a Monday Holiday)!
Actual Brewing should begin at 9am, but feel free to arrive a little early to help setup, grind grains, and prepare for the brew!
After tallying all the votes from our club as well as SODZ and DOH, the style of the collaboration beer will be ESB! Have a recipe you love, or want to develop one for consideration? Send it for consideration to hello@powellbrewers.com!
