Notes
Placed second in 2019 Ohio State Fair, American Brown Ale category. Cigar City’s Oatmeal Rasin Cookie variation adds raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. I’d add a cinnamon stick at the end of the boil and the rasins (1 lb?) and vanilla bean (just 1), both soaked in vodka, to secondary. |
